Happy Summer, Drivers! This quarter’s focus is on hydration and physical activity. We understand the challenges of staying healthy on the road—long hours behind the wheel, limited food options, and little time for exercise. It’s important to prioritize your well-being by staying hydrated with water (not sugary drinks), choosing healthy meals when possible, and finding time for some physical activity (even a short walk at a rest stop can make a difference).
Don’t forget to care for your truck too: Check fluids regularly, especially antifreeze, during the summer heat. Your truck is your office, and your body is your most important tool— you must function well in order for everything else to do the same.
Due to an increase in fraudulent activity impacting the industry, we urge everyone to stay vigilant. One common scheme involves unauthorized individuals accessing Central Dispatch accounts to view high-value vehicle listings, download gate passes, and reassign loads. These imposters then redirect carriers to alternate delivery locations, where the vehicles are stolen.
This is just one example of various tactics scammers may leverage, and your awareness is key to prevention. Ready Logistics is committed to maintaining a safe and trusted marketplace, and everyone plays a role in preventing fraud. If something feels off, report it immediately, utilize Ready Logistics’ and Central Dispatch’s security tools, and follow all security protocols. Check out our video and article for tips on keeping your account secure.

Insurance Certificate Reminders & RMIS Process Update
To support timely insurance renewals, RMIS sends automated notices to producers 7 and 2 days before a certificate expires. If a renewal isn’t received by the expiration date, the carrier is notified, and manual follow-ups begin with both the producer and carrier after the expiration date.
For new registrations, a Certificate of Insurance (COI) request is immediately sent to the producer. If not received, the carrier is notified on Day 1, followed by manual outreach on Day 2, and a final notice on Day 7. Weekly “past due” reminders are then sent to the producer for 30 days.
Carriers can log in to their RMIS portal at any time to check certification status and resolve any issues.
