Best Practices

In order to provide you with the best experience we have gathered best practices for many of our clients. This way you can reference this if you have any issues or questions regarding a specific client you are transporting a vehicle for. The information includes if there needs to be additional photos taken on the app, who to contact if there are issues, if dry run fees are paid, what numbers vehicles should be checked in under at the auction, and other information that is necessary for transporting these units. Amazon

  • 1Dispatch Mobile App Required
    • Signatures are required.
    • Pre-existing and/or transport damage must be notated.
    • Additional photos or notes stating the presence of two (2) keys and a dolly is required.
  • If unit is damaged during transport – Do NOT deliver to DSP.
Other Requirements

Defi Solutions/Sagent

  • Mobile app is required at pickup and drop off.
  • Repo and lease return inventory.
  • Expeditated pickup, could accrue storage fees if units are not picked up on time. 
  • If unit cannot be located, please cancel unit and put notes with the contact name. 
  • Check in number varies and will be listed on the transport order. 

CarMax

  • For CarMax issues please call Ready’s direct line at 866.253.1219.
  • Unit must be secured with agent, do not leave in parking lot. 
  • If unit is INOP, do not load, call Ready immediately. 
  • If release is needed contact Ready, not CarMax.
  • No dry run fees are paid.
  • At drop location please take a picture of paper CarMax BOL on 1Dispatch App. 

VROOM

  • Carrier must inform pickup location they are picking up on behalf of Ready Logistics. 
  • Appointment Required: Call customer 24 hours and 2-4 hours ahead to set up appointment at pickup as this is a residential pickup. 
  • 1Dispatch Mobile App is required. 
    • A copy of the BOL must be provided to the pickup location. 
  • Please check in at auction under 5269621.

NMAC

  • 1Dispatch Mobile App is required. 
    • Additional Photos Required: photos of charging cables for electronic vehicles, interior if items are missing. 
    • Signature is required.
      • If person does not want to sign, please get the first and last name of the person at pickup and at drop off. 
  • Nissan orders are not verified, NMAC has confirmed that the unit is grounded and at said dealer. 

Wells Fargo

  • 1Dispatch Mobile App is required. 
    • Must take photo of odometer reading and Wells Fargo key receipt.
  • Wheel Lifts are not to be used to transport vehicle – can result in restriction from moving Wells Fargo inventory. 
  • No Dry Run Fees are paid. 
  • Check in at auction under 4938321.

ARI

  • 1Dispatch Mobile App is required. 
    • Additional Photos Required: VIN plate
  • No Dry Run Fees are paid. 
  • Check in at auction under 4917605.

RepoRemarketing

  • 1Dispatch Mobile App is required.
  • No Dry Run Fees are paid. 
  • Check in at auction under 4997894.

Fair Financial

  • 1Dispatch Mobile App is required.
  • All units should have keys. 
  • No Dry Run Fees are paid. 
  • Check in at auction under 4993207.

LeasePlan

  • 1Dispatch Mobile App is required. 
  • No Dry Run Fees are paid.

Regional Comm

  • Check in number varies and will be listed on the transport order. 

Bank of America

  • 1Dispatch Mobile App is required. 
  • Vehicles are mainly repossession inventory
  • No Dry Run Fees are paid. 
  • Check in at auction under 4924905 for passenger vehicles and 4939703 for specialty vehicles. 

Rivian

  • All units will be picked up within 2 days of Ready Logistics receiving the order. 
  • Safety vest must be worn at all times. 
  • Rivian vehicles must NOT be used as shuttles. 
  • 15mph max speed (driver’s truck/Rivian vehicle).
  • Hazards flashing while moving within the yard (driver’s truck/Rivian vehicle).
  • Complete stops where marked accordingly.
  • Oil or fluid leakages on Rivian operated yards caused by drivers employed by Carrier or sub-contractors shall be reported immediately to Rivian yard personnel. 
  • The tractor/trailers must be in good condition, painted and rust free, free of dirt, and years old or newer. The hydraulic systems must be functioning properly and not leaking.

Nissan: Standfield, AZ Facility

  • No photos are to be taken within the Stanfield facility, as it is a confidential location. 
  • Notate condition/damage of vehicles. 
  • Photos of the vehicles can be taken outside of the facility or on the carrier’s truck if they wish.
  • Risk is understood if photos cannot be taken, but condition of vehicle is an absolute requirement.

Claim Prevention

  • Always take photos of damage whether the damage is small or large. 
  • Take photos of any missing items inside the vehicle or outside the vehicle. 
    • Repo lots don’t always notate that type of damage so make sure that you notate it at pickup and drop off. 
  • Odometer photos are necessary to assist with mileage discrepancies. 
    • Ensure that the vehicle is on so the odometer can be read at pickup and drop off. 
    • If the vehicle is INOP and you are unable to take photos of the odometer, please make a note on the eBOL. 
  • Signature
    • Always get the name of the person you spoke with at the pickup and the drop off. 
    • If they are not able to sign that is fine but ensure that you get their name so it is on the eBOL.
