As our Carrier Partner, we want to provide you an update on a new enhancement to the 1Dispatch Mobile App. On May 5th, there was a new update available for the 1Dispatch Mobile App for iOS and Android in the Apple App Store and Google PlayStore. When logging into the 1Dispatch Mobile App after the enhancement is added, you will be prompted to update the app.
This update includes an additional required photo for vehicle inspections for pickup and drop off. The new required photo will be for keys to the vehicle. You will not be required to take a photo of the keys for an inspection. If the vehicle is inoperable with no keys, you can take an additional photo of the vehicle or the dashboard. By taking an additional photo of the vehicle or dashboard as the key photo, you are confirming that a key is not available for this vehicle.
