Resolution for New 1Dispatch Mobile App Issues

Your access to the former 1Dispatch has ended. Please download the new mobile app!

If you are experiencing issues with the mobile app, please use the following resolution below:

• Sign out of the new 1D mobile app, by clicking on the hamburger menu and the top and selecting ‘Sign Out’.
• Sign In to the new 1D mobile app with your Username and Password.
• If you were in the middle of submitting a load, go to the Incomplete tab and then re-submit by clicking ‘Retry Submission’ button.
