You can receive a recognition in two ways, Above and Beyond or Top Performing Carrier. There is no limit on how many times you can receive each award.
The Above and Beyond Recognition Requirements:
- This recognition is submitted through a nomination form that must be completed by a Manheim Logistics employee.
- Clients can request nominate any carrier as well, as long as a Manheim Logistics employee completes the form.
- The nomination must be credible, Manheim Logistics employee must provide and explain a valid reason for recognizing you.
- The event leading to the nomination must have occurred within the last 30 days.
- Carrier cannot be currently restricted (Yellow Listed).
- The Carrier Experience team reviews each nomination and determines if each carrier’s nomination is credible.
Once it is confirmed that the nomination is credible an email will be sent out congratulating you on your recognition at the beginning of each month. Along with this recognition you will receive a Certificate of Appreciation and 350 points on your Drivers Seat rewards account.
The Top Performing Recognition Requirements:
Each region will have a carrier that is represented — a total of 6 carriers will receive this recognition each month.
- On-Time Delivery > 90%
- FMCSA Safety Rating < 40%
- Mobile App Adoption/Compliance > 95%
- ETA Changes in 1 Month < 15%
- Cannot have been on the Yellow List in the past 12 Months
- No outstanding Damage Claims
After each region has a carrier represented as Top Performing, an email will be sent out congratulating you on your recognition at the beginning of each month. Along with this recognition you will receive a Certificate of Appreciation and 550 points on your Drivers Seat rewards account.
