I’ve been with Ready Logistics for 11 years and have worn many different hats throughout the years. Eventually that journey lead me to join Carrier Experience team in 2020 and start in a brand new project, at that time, which offered contracts and dedicated volume to our carrier partners. I’m originally from Ukraine and currently based in Phoenix. Love road trips, music festivals and all the fluffy animals!

Hi! I’m Sean Akins and I am the Carrier Experience Manager. I’ve been with Ready Logistics for 10 years, starting my way out in Verify before making it as a Carrier Advocate. I’m all about making connections and bringing a positive vibe to everything I do. I was born and raised in the City of Angels and I wear it on my sleeve like it’s the new fashion. My passions are dancing, camping, and spending time with the fam.

My name is Zussette, I am going on 9 years with Ready Logistics. I am a part of the CASS Team, my team supports and advocates for our contracted carriers. I live in the state of Arizona where the mountain ranges never end, and the sun always shines. I am an outdoor enthusiast, when I am not working you are likely to find me and my husband climbing, hiking, or gardening. If we aren’t outside, we are trying out new recipes or singing duets in our living room. I love spending time with my family: we are so blessed that our family lives close. We host weekly family suppers and try to spend as much time as we can with our 3 nieces and 7 nephews. We are a very patriotic family and love the USA.

Hi, I’m Jan-Michael, before joining the Ready Logistics team, I spent over six years working with Ford and Lincoln dealerships across the U.S., where I helped improve operations, reduce idle inventory, and provide training on various programs. My focus has always been on helping businesses optimize their processes and increase revenue, especially as they adapt to the digital age. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, investing, and have recently begun pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing. I’m looking forward to meeting you! I literally started from the bottom working at Manheim Orlando as a temp driver and just kept working my way up “NOW I’M HERE” lol. My husband Nixon and I have been married for 14yrs and have two fur babies-Tucker & Bailey. In my spare time I like to read, hang with family and friends and just doing nothing!!!

In case you don’t know me, I’m Tylar Rolnik, and I’m super pumped to be part of the CASS, Carrier Souring Team as a Sr Vehicle Operations Logistics Specialist in the West! When I’m not at work, my wife and I are very busy with our lively family life. We have two energetic kids of our own and two wonderful bonus children who mean the world to me. Add a bunny and three dogs to the mix, and every day is a new adventure! We love the outdoors, whether we’re racing or tearing up the trails on dirt bikes, out hiking, or chilling at the lake with our paddle boards! Personally, I enjoy collecting/buying/selling comic books, video games, toys and hot wheels. I have my own eBay page and website, and normally, I have a booth at all the local events like Phoenix Fan Fusion, The Gathering of The Ghouls, Scottsdale/ Tucson Comic Con ect. Hi! I’ve been with Ready since June 2023. Joined the Ops team September of 2024 and loving every minute of it. In my free time I love to hang out with my family, cook, craft and travel.

I have been with the company for almost four years! I work in our Carrier Experience Department. I have three adult children all boys, my youngest just turned 18! I also have four Step adult children with my wonderful husband of almost nine years Joey! Only one girl in the Lopez bunch. We have four fur babies as well! Two Pit Bulls, a Husky mix and my newest German Shepherd mix. I am a native of Phoenix Arizona. In my spare time I enjoy traveling and spending time with my family, dog parks with my babies, brunch with the girls, sports games, movie dates, and just chilling at home binge watching a new show. My favorite sports teams are Arizona Cardinals, Phoenix Suns and Arizona Diamondbacks. My husband is a Dallas Cowboys fan, so our house is divided, but also a Cardinals fan when not playing the Cowboys. I absolutely love working for Cox Automotive! The best part for me is the people! My name is Jamiel Taylor as is says above. I am a husband father of two grown boys Brandon (28) and Terrance (18). I am a US Army veteran 1998-2002. I have two hobbies and that is art of any sort and riding my ’17 Harley Davidson Electra glide Ultra with no solid destination. I have been with Ready since January 17th, 2018, where I have held positions on the dealer sales team, Dealer Dispatch team, and now Commercial Operations. Hi, my name is Lynette Bowles, and I have been with Cox Automotive for 26 1/2 years. I have been married for 5 years and have 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren. Lucas 11, Zachary 7 and Kodi 5 years old. I enjoy spending my time with the family and friends. One of our favorite things to do is spend time on our boat or camping with the family.

I have been with Ready for 3 years and am a performance coordinator for carriers in Texas. I have two dogs that keep me very busy (Athena – Husky, Fenrir – Pom/poo mix). I am a foodie and love to try new things. I like to be in the kitchen testing new recipes (cooking and baking). I also enjoy crocheting and tie dying when the mood strikes.

When I’m not helping you move cars around the country, I am making candles to sell at craft shows all over Southwestern Florida, hitting the beach, or looking for another dog to adopt.

Hi, my name is Kim Wolter. I have been with Manheim for 22 years. I have a daughter, son and a stepson, and between the 3 of them they have blessed my husband and I with 4 beautiful Granddaughters that take up most of our time. We also have 2 fur baby daughters that we enjoy very much.

Hello, my name is Valerie Hartpence. I have worked at Ready Logistics for 1.5 years and at Manheim for 6 years. Prior to joining the Cox Automotive family, I spent 15 years in the automotive industry, working for Exotic Car Transport, and before that, I was an owner/operator of my own trucks. My aim is to build meaningful relationships with our carriers and to be a trusted liaison for them. In my free time, I like to spend time with my family and to be outdoors on the lake or at the beach.

I’ve been with Ready for 11 years, and it’s been an amazing experience. My 13-year-old daughter and I are often mistaken for twins, which always makes us laugh. We treasure family time and love creating memories together.

I like long walks on the beach with my dogs, cool, cloudy weather and rock music.

I started at Manheim Louisville as a part time driver, so I have experience in almost every aspect of Logistics. I once even drove a tow truck! In my personal time I enjoy reading & collecting old books, my oldest is from 1870. I also enjoy collecting vinyl albums. Music is a huge part of my life!  have been with Ready Logistics for 9 years supporting Manheim New Jersey and Manheim Baltimore. In my free time I love spending it with my 7-year-old grandson Jaxon. During the summer we enjoy playing outside and eating lunch on the deck. I also love to watch him play with his tow trucks and car carriers while he pretends to deliver to Manheim New Jersey. Hey y’all!! My name is Samantha Fernandez, but I go by “Sammie”. I’ve been with Cox Automotive for about 7 years now. My hobbies include outdoor activities like off-roading and hiking with my 2 dogs. I also enjoy spending my free time volunteering at my church and growing my faith.

I’m Jade Rodriguez, a 23-year-old military wife and proud mother of two beautiful children. Recently, our little family along with our German Shepherd, Gizmo, moved to a small town in North Carolina. I’ve been with Ready Logistics for almost three years and am currently pursuing my Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science and Analytics. In my free time, I love tackling puzzles and brain teasers, reading books, and cooking and baking for and with my family.

I’ve been with Cox Automotive for 11 years, primarily working in the North at Manheim NJ. Recently I’ve come passionate about weightlifting and train 4-5 times a week. I love going to concerts, but my biggest passion is cooking—especially Spanish cuisine! I also enjoy exploring new experiences with my 2 teenage daughters, like visiting amusement parks, spending time at the beach, watching sunrises, and trying out new restaurants and recipes together. …. and I can’t go without saying I love shopping too! On the flip side, I really dislike feeling rushed, last-minute changes to plans, and traffic and even though I’m a foodie, I’ve never tried seafood!

I have been with Cox for 7 years now. I started with Manheim New York as a Part Time vehicle driver, driving units back to the auction from pickup locations. I was promoted to full time Lead Van Driver after about a year, taking the drivers to locations and assigning them to drive back units to the auction. A position opened up for Lead Dispatch Coordinator to oversee the Van drivers and car drivers, setting up their routes, and assigning the pickups to be brought back to the auction. Our manager was let go and so I became the overall head of the entire Drive Away Department. I ran the Manheim Drive Away department for 3 or 4 months on my own, until they hired a new Manager. We had the department running very well and was going in the right direction for the auction, doing exceptionally well with on time deliveries and performance. Covid 19 hit in 2020, everything got shut down and I found myself like many others unemployed for some time. I was told about Tim Roth and the Ready Dispatch team and that they were looking for Coordinators. I applied for the position and was brought on board. I have sense taken on handling the Ford account, dispatch and coordinating for Manheim New York, New England and Baltimore-Washington. In this capacity I have continued to have Manheim New York number 1 for ASAP and New England has gone from Number 6 when they first took on Ford to Number 3 and climbing. Manheim Baltimore-Washington inventory is not as large, but I still make sure they are delivered in a timely manner. Our Team in the Northeast are leaders by example and have continuously shown that we are a no-nonsense Go-Getter team and continue to excel in all task and duties we have been assigned. I am a complete Team Player and credit the entire Northeast Team and leaders for our continued success. Thank you and God bless.

I started with Cox Automotive in 2007 after moving from Traverse City, MI to Chicago. I worked at a Manheim auction for 13 years, with most of those years spent in the OVE department. I moved over to Ready Logistics in 2020. My husband and I have been married for 5 years. We have a 4-year-old daughter, a 3-month-old son, a cat, and a crazy mini–Australian Shepherd. We enjoy going on family walks at night. My daughter calls them our “nighttime adventures”. I love spending time with my family back in Michigan, cooking, listening to music and podcasts, reading, and experimenting with our garden. I just signed up for Greek language lessons and will hopefully be visiting my husband’s family in Greece next year.

I’ve been with Ready Logistics for a little over 10 years. I’m married with a 3year Old daughter and our little boy on the way in a few short months. We have two dogs and 2 cats. I love music and going to concerts with my sister. I can’t wait for the day that my children are old enough to attend concerts with me.

Hey Y’all from Nashville, Tennessee. I have been with Cox Automotive for going on 24 years. I have either done or supervised almost all Manheim Auction positions over those years and have been in Transportation related positions for around 15 of those years. I am a huge Nashville Predators hockey fan and Tennessee Titans football fan. I also try to play golf as much as the weather will allow.

We frequently spend our weekends hanging out with our friends and family in the Biloxi, MS area (and my hometown).

I’m new to the team having just started with Ready Logistics this year. I live in Dowelltown, Tennessee. I enjoy DIY projects at home, gardening, and spending time with my children and my dog. I also love hiking and visiting all the wonderful state parks and natural areas Tennessee has to offer.

My name is Shonda, I live in a small town in Oklahoma. I was raised in Texas (DFW area). I have spent the last 17.5 years working in the Optometry field. I have held all positions in that field (except being the Dr.). I have spent the last 10 yrs medical coding, billing along with accounts payable & receivable. I am married. A mom of 5- (4 natural and 1 bonus). My children ages range from 33yrs old to 18 yrs old (currently I have 2- Sr. in High School girls). I have 4 grandchildren. I am very much a summer girl. I am not fond of the winter or the cold. During the summer you can find me @ the lake-boating & camping. In the cooler weather we rock crawl (with our SxS). In yucky weather we stay home & that is when I get to watch my true crime shows & diamond art.
