We offer two prestigious recognition programs for our carriers: Above and Beyond and Top Performing Carrier. There is no limit to the number of times you can receive each award.
Above and Beyond Recognition
Requirements:
- Nominations must be submitted by a Manheim/Ready Logistics employee.
- Clients can request nominations, but a Manheim/Ready Logistics employee must complete the form.
- Nominations must be credible, with a valid reason provided by the Manheim/Ready Logistics employee.
- The event leading to the nomination must have occurred within the last 30 days.
- Carriers currently on the restricted list (Yellow Listed) are not eligible.
- The Carrier Experience team reviews all nominations for credibility.
Recognition:
- If your nomination is confirmed as credible, you will receive an email at the beginning of each month congratulating you on your recognition.
Top Performing Carrier Recognition
Requirements:
- Each region will have one carrier represented, with a total of six carriers recognized each month.
- On-Time Delivery: > 90%
- Mobile App Adoption/Compliance: > 95%
- ETA Changes in 1 Month: < 15%
- Must not have been on the Yellow List in the past 12 months.
- No outstanding damage claims.
Recognition:
- Once each region has a carrier represented as Top Performing, you will receive an email at the beginning of each month congratulating you on your recognition.
