Mid Valley Transportation (West) – Mike is a wonderful carrier to work with, he is very communicative, understanding. Not only does he get stuff done on time, he goes above and beyond to get a unit, I have one that is a hot unit picking up from Manheim Portland going to Manheim San Francisco, as he was on his way to the auction I got a call stating the unit was not ready until tomorrow 9.11, I called Mike to let him know, he did not get upset, he simply said we will get it done, it happens, he offered to stay overnight at a hotel and have it picked up once it was done to make sure it gets to MSFB in a timely manner. I could not have done this move without him, as this unit was cancelled many times for it being a Ferrari. Please recognize this carrier. Thank you.

Amelia’s Transportation LLC (South) – Abraham is always going above and beyond. When we reach out for help with a unit due to a previous carrier missing Ford need by date Abraham steps in and helps us out sometimes it can be same day delivery or next day depending on the miles. Mike & Son Towing L.L.C (North) – Josh, Danielle, Jeff and their entire team worked extremely hard to get all the motorcycles picked up on time. Even with some of the lots being 300-500 miles from Manheim Kansas City, they have coordinated the motorcycle pickups with all of their normal inventory and still managed to increase they’re On Time Delivery Percentages by, at least, 10%, across the board. They never fail to communicate any issues they have with a unit or when run into a delay. Their drivers also worked through the holidays to keep momentum, and I can’t thank them enough for all they do for Manheim Kansas City and Ready Logistics.

Westside Tow And Transport Inc (West) – We had had a special move for Hyundai as they had an Auto Show in LA that required special arrangements for transport on 2 different weekends On 11.22.24 Peter Wambaa picked up a load and was delivered the very next day. Had a special Sunday move 12.1.24 to pick up 23 units in the evening. Carrier was able to get all 29 units moved and delivered very quickly. Anytime we have special arrangements, Peter Wambaa Westside Tow and Transport is always willing to assist and get the units moved without any issues. This carrier is always going above and beyond for ready and the Hyundai account.
