Amazon Units Pick-Up and Delivery Policy

MUST RECEIVE WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM MANHEIM LOGISTICS FOR ANY EXCEPTION
- Contact/confirmation for pickup and delivery must be made PRIOR to transport
- Carriers must perform a 24 and 1 hour call prior to arriving at the delivery location.
- Units and keys are only to be left with the delivery contact
- eBOLs must be completed for both pickup and delivery, signatures are required and all pre- existing and/or transport damage notated
- Additional photos or note stating the presence of two (2) keys and a dolly is needed when completing both the pickup and drop off inspection.
- IF UNIT IS DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORT – DO NOT DELIVER TO DSP
Manheim Pickup Reminders:
- Gate release are attached to the orders and must be printed out prior to arriving
- Please call the auction ahead of time for instructions on how to obtain pickup instructions
Manheim Drop Reminders:
- Check in unit under 4993128
DSP (Delivery Service Provider) Pickup and Delivery Reminders (at Amazon Locations):
- There may be several DSPs that operate from the same address, Do Not Leave units with anyone other than the DSP listed
- It is a requirement that an appointment be made for any pickup or delivery
- DSPs are available during normal business hours, please schedule accordingly
- Instructions will be provided at the time of scheduling
- Contact information will be updated if necessary
- Keys are often stored at off-site lots
- Only take keys that are assigned for pickup, no additional keys will be necessary to take
- Units are often stored at an unmanned location
- Units automatically lock when key is removed from ignition
- For Deliveries: Units must be delivered to the receiving contact listed on the order ONLY
