Per our Development Team: This is only affecting Android users. If you are using the mobile app with an Android phone please use the following instructions for a work around:
- Uninstall and reinstall the 1Dispatch Mobile App:
- Go to your Google Play Store and confirm that the app version of 3.1.16 is available
- If it is available:
- Uninstall the current version of the 1Dispatch Mobile App
- Download and install version 3.1.16
- If you were unable to complete any loads before the work around please be sure to submit a paper BOL to confirm delivery and start the process for payment.
We are aware of the issues that you are experiencing with your 1Dispatch website and 1D Mobile App. Our IT team is working diligently to resolve the issue. At this time, there is no work around for this issue. In the meantime, please complete a paper BOL and send it to invoices@readylogsitics.com.
We are sorry for the inconvenience, this will not cause any issues with 1D Mobile App compliance.
